Chris is the head of the grounds team and has been a strong and familiar member of our team for over a decade, playing a crucial role in coordinating all aspects of groundwork before, during, and after construction projects. His responsibilities cover the full spectrum of groundwork activities, including site clearance and preparation, excavation and earthworks, soil testing and stabilization, drainage and utility installation, foundation and substructure construction, paving and surfacing, and landscaping and finishing works. Each of these elements is essential to ensure the structural integrity, safety, and functionality of a construction site. By overseeing these processes, Chris ensures that all groundwork is carried out efficiently, safely, and in coordination with other construction phases, providing a solid foundation for the project and contributing to its long-term success.
